# Installation

## Step 1: Download the Plugin

[Download Spark WooCommerce CRM Connector (ZIP)](https://app.sparkcrm.io/spark-woo-plugin.zip)

## Step 2: Upload to WordPress

1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
2. Navigate to **Plugins > Add New**
3. Click **Upload Plugin** at the top of the page
4. Click **Choose File** and select the plugin ZIP file
5. Click **Install Now**

**Alternative (FTP/SFTP):**

Upload the extracted `spark-woo-plugin` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/` on your server.

## Step 3: Activate the Plugin

1. Go to **Plugins > Installed Plugins**
2. Find **Spark - WooCommerce CRM Connector** in the list
3. Click **Activate**

> The plugin requires WooCommerce to be installed and active. If WooCommerce is not detected, the plugin will display a notice and deactivate itself.

## Step 4: Access Plugin Settings

After activation, you'll find the Spark CRM menu in your WordPress admin sidebar:

- **Spark CRM > Dashboard** — Quick links and sync statistics
- **Spark CRM > Product Mapping** — Product-to-offer mapping
- **Spark CRM > Settings** — API connection configuration
- **Spark CRM > Webhooks** — Webhook endpoint and configuration

A **Settings** link is also available directly on the Plugins page.
