📝Outbound Sales
Begin by clicking on the three dots (...) next to your customer service provider team, followed by "Configure permissions".

In the popup, toggle on the "Outbound Sales Provider" switch. This will open up some options where you can allow the customer service team to setup:
Webhooks
Campaigns
Coupons
Toggle on which options you wish for this team to have access to.

Keep in mind: As shown in the picture above, coupon creation can affect revenue. It is highly advised you monitor usage regularly.
You can also enter a Custom AffId in the supplied field. This is valuable if you wish to fully track any orders created by this customer service team.

If you toggle these off later, any webhooks, campaigns or coupons by this customer service team will be set to inactive. If you toggle of "Outbound Sales Provider", then all webhooks, campaigns and coupons created by the customer service team will be set to inactive.
When you're all finished, click "Update Configuration".
