👨‍💻Customer Service

Once you're approved as an administrator or customer service agent, you can log in to your dashboard. Depending on your role, you’ll be able to create, search, and edit orders, and manage users.

And if setup by team administrator, you may also have access to CS Order reports (admin), Webhooks, Coupons and/or Campaigns.

Your dashboard will look like one of the screens below.
