📈CS Reports

Your screen may look slightly different than the ones shown below.

Inside the CS Reports menu, you can see all the orders that have been created by customer service agents on your team.

Metrics such as total orders, successful orders, success rate, average order value and revenue are available to view.

You can also filter based on CS Representatives or by Date.

Additional Filters will allow you to select which CS Agent and whether to include Test Orders or not.

If you wish to download a copy of these transactions, click the "Export" button in the top right.
