Changing BIN Blacklist Message

If a client's transaction is declined due a BIN Blacklist, you may wish to change the default error message.

Be Default: The message will say "Card ending in 1111 not accepted. Please use a different card." (1111 being the BIN that is blocked). To change this, click on "Payments" in your left menu, followed by "Decline Mappings" and then the "Add Mapping" button.

On the right menu, select "Predefined", tick off "BIN Blocked", write your custom message for BIN Blacklists, ensure "Active" is ticked off so it applies, and click "Create Mapping".

Your custom message for BIN Blacklists is now active. If you wish, you can click the three dots (...) next to each mapping to either Edit and change its details or Delete it altogether.
