Edit Fulfillment

Inside the fulfillment box, you have various options available to you. You can add Proof Images (if a return has been issued and a record needs to be stored), delete a fulfillment, cancel a fulfillment or reship/send a new fulfillment.

For orders that are on hold or pending you have to cancel first in order to edit fulfillment/reship.

Reship a Fulfillment

You can reship an item from a completed fulfillment if needed, but note that this will create a new fulfillment and send it to your provider.Select which items and the quantities to reship and notate a reason (if necessary) in the provided box.

Also notice that you can delete individual items on a fulfillment by clicking the trash can icon next that particular item.

If an item is not listed that you want ship, click the Add Products button. Inside this modal you can search for products and add them as necessary by clicking the "Add" button next to the products you'd like to add. Or you can press the blue button to add all the products listed at once.

Once complete, click the "Create Reshipment" button.
