Product mapping connects your WooCommerce products to SparkCRM campaign offers. Each WooCommerce product (or variation) must be mapped to an offer ID in your SparkCRM campaign before orders can be synced.
Mapping Products
From the Product Mapping Page
- Go to Spark CRM > Products
- You’ll see a list of all WooCommerce products
- Enter the Offer ID from your SparkCRM campaign for each product
- Click Save Mappings
From the Product Editor
You can also set the Spark CRM offer mapping directly from the WooCommerce product editor:
- Edit a product in Products > All Products
- Look for the Spark CRM section
- Enter the Offer ID
- Save the product
Variable Products
For WooCommerce variable products, each variation can be mapped to a different SparkCRM offer ID. This allows you to have different offers for different sizes, colors, or configurations.
Price & Shipping Overrides
Each product mapping supports optional overrides:

|---|---|
| Override Price | Send the WooCommerce cart price instead of using the SparkCRM offer price |
| Override Shipping | Send the WooCommerce shipping total instead of using SparkCRM shipping rates |
These are useful when your WooCommerce store has different pricing or shipping calculations than your SparkCRM offers.
Validating Mappings
Click Validate All to check that all mapped offer IDs exist in your SparkCRM campaign. The plugin will query your campaign’s products and report any mismatches.
Important Notes
- Products without a valid offer mapping will be skipped during order sync
- If an order contains no mapped products, the sync will fail with an error
- Offer IDs must match active offers in the campaign specified in your plugin settings
