Step 1: Download the Plugin
Download Spark WooCommerce CRM Connector (ZIP)
Step 2: Upload to WordPress
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New
- Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page
- Click Choose File and select the plugin ZIP file
- Click Install Now
Alternative (FTP/SFTP):
Upload the extracted spark-woo-plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ on your server.
Step 3: Activate the Plugin
- Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins
- Find Spark - WooCommerce CRM Connector in the list
- Click Activate
The plugin requires WooCommerce to be installed and active. If WooCommerce is not detected, the plugin will display a notice and deactivate itself.
Step 4: Access Plugin Settings
After activation, you’ll find the Spark CRM menu in your WordPress admin sidebar:
- Spark CRM > Dashboard — Quick links and sync statistics
- Spark CRM > Product Mapping — Product-to-offer mapping
- Spark CRM > Settings — API connection configuration
- Spark CRM > Webhooks — Webhook endpoint and configuration
